I was recently told that my two paintings of the Virgin Mary I did for the local Catholic Church would be on display for Good Friday in front of the pulpit. I am excited and a little nervous about it.

There were 10 other paintings that were commissioned for the church by various other artist, and they will be hung in the arches of the windows, but will not be displayed until they are posted.

I feel honored and yet some what nervous since its my first set of paintings that have ever gone on public display, especially in my own home town.
